“How Do I Get My Adjusters To Follow My Account Handling Instructions?”

What is the number one complaint from adjusters about their employer clients? Hello, my name is Michael Stacked. I’m the CEO of Amaxx. And that question, what’s the number one complaint from adjusters about their employer clients is an important question to answer, and the answer to that question is that they need contacts at the employer.

Who is the Right Contact to Provide me the Information I Need?

Who is the right contact to provide me the information that I need? Who is the right contact? Provide me the information that I need to do my job successfully? What is that flow chart of communication? Communication? It’s ultimately the most important word and the most important function in any claims management or really any professional or personal setting is the ability to communicate. As the employer, your responsibility is to identify who are the right people to do various jobs for injury management purposes. Who’s responsible for the wage information?

Who’s Responsible for Reporting Injuries?

Who’s responsible for reporting the injuries? Who’s responsible for return to work? Who’s responsible for all the different aspects of injury management at the employer, particularly in regards to communication that you need to supply to your adjuster in order for the adjuster to do their job. Oh, by the way, this little exercise of who’s responsible for various things is incredibly, incredibly important for the employer to do in of themselves, regardless of the adjuster in of themselves, regardless of the adjuster. Who’s responsible for first reports, Who’s responsible OSHA reporting, who’s responsible for reporting the claims? Who’s responsible for return to work, Who’s responsible for all these different aspects?
