How do we make it easy for that person to come back to work? How do you make it easy for that person to come back to work? How do you make it easy for that person to come back to work in a simple step, doing a job that you’ve talked to them about that they say, oh yeah, I can do that. Now you’re off the races. How do you make it easy for a person to come back to work? You’re going do yourself a huge favor by answering that question, you’re gonna be doing your injured workers, a huge favor by answering that question. How do you make it easy for that person, that injured worker to come back to work again?
