“How Do I Get My Adjusters To Follow My Account Handling Instructions?”

Hey there i’m Michael Stack CEO of Amaxx & happy mother’s day to all the mothers out there. This past weekend was mother’s day weekend. Hopefully it was a lovely day. We had a nice time with my wife, who is the mother of our four kids who are age 7 to 12 mother’s day. Of course is all about appreciation, appreciation for the work that mothers do, which is often thankless the countless days and tasks and things that mothers do. Of course, one day is nowhere near enough to be able to appreciate all the work that they do. As we think about this concept of appreciation, the importance of it taking the day, taking the time, taking the moments to write the cards, to cook the pancakes, to spend some time with our mothers going out for breakfast or going out for dinner or whatever special thing that you did to appreciate your mother or your wife, the mother of your children.

That concept is so critically important in worker’s compensation. So critically important in worker’s compensation and life. For that matter, we take the time in our personal lives. It’s a day on the calendar for us to think about it. Even if we’re not, there is no day on the calendar to appreciate those in our work comp system, specifically, adjusters reach the top of that list. The adjusters that are working tirelessly and often on your cases. They are overwhelmed. They’re trying to deal with this system. Anyone else, attorneys, medical providers, employers, employers, employees, working for the employer, HR department, risk management department. People have a serious lack of appreciation in our world today. There’s no time we’ve got too much going on. We’ve got this, we got emails. We got phone calls. We got meetings. We got zoom meetings. We got this.

And there’s no time to actually appreciate those important people in our lives. Take mother’s day as a springboard to inject this concept of appreciation into our everyday lives, into thanking and appreciating our adjusters, our injured workers, our attorneys, our other coworkers, who we work with. If you can leverage this idea that we just all did, or hopefully all did for mother’s day, put it into our professional lives, workers, compensation management, you’ll see dramatic results, and it’s a lot more enjoyable. It’s a lot more enjoyable. It’s a lot happier cuz when you appreciate others, they’ll also appreciate you as well. Again, my name is Michael Stack, I’m the CEO of Amaxx. Remember your work today in worker’s compensation can have a dramatic impact on your company’s bottom line, but it will have a dramatic impact on someone’s life. So be great.
