“5 Critical Metrics To Measure Workers’ Comp Success”

I’m March 2nd. Your OSHA record keeping data is due to be sent in on the injury tracking application through the OSHA website. Hello, my name is Michael Stack and I’m the CEO of Amaxx. And today I wanna talk with you about a philosophical idea in regards to this OSHA data. A philosophical idea in regards to this OSHA data right now, today we’re at February 21st, 2022. The injury data is due by March 2nd. So we get out, you know, a week and a half here left in, in regards to this deadline, where are you in regards to your use of this data? Is this an administrative burden? Is it an admin burden? And right now you’re scrambling, you’re scrambling. You’re like, I gotta get this data. I gotta get in. Oh, I gotta get it from this. I gotta get this blah, blah. Oh my gosh. And it’s March 1st and I haven’t got it done.

And, and I better get, stay up all night and submit it. That’s not really helping you. It’s not really helping you, you know, that you feel that you’re going through that. You’re stressed out about it, trying to put this together, philosophically, what you are tracking for Asia, you are tracking your date, your where the injury occurred when they occurred the nature of the injury, the days away, the job transfers. Number of cases, the injuries and illnesses types. This data can be incredibly valuable if you allow it to be, it can be incredibly valuable if you allow it to be. So if you’re on this timeline and here’s the deadline three, two, and it’s three one, and there’s a flurry of activity happening here, trying to get it in. That’s not really helpful if you’re tracking this and you’re recording it and you’re tracking it and you’re recording it and you’re reviewing it all along this timeline.

And you’re using this information to make informed decisions at the beginning because you know where your cases are happening. You know how you’re doing in regards to return to work. You know how you’re doing in regards to injury prevention, you’re actually using this incredibly valuable data to make some information and inform decisions. That’s when it stops becoming an administrative burden and starts becoming extremely valuable for your organization. Take a look at your ethical ideal on how you’re viewing this OSHA data. Is it an administrative burden or is it an incredibly valuable piece of information that’s helping you improve and lower your worker’s comp costs? And again, my name is Michael Stack and I’m the CEO of Amaxx. Remember your work today in regards to worker’s compensation can have a dramatic impact on your company’s bottom line, but it will have a dramatic impact on someone’s life. This would be great.
