The worker, claimed he was unable to after injuring his right arm on the job. (workersxzcompxzkit) The defendant, found guilty on two of 14 counts of filing false reports to receive workers' compensation will spend 10 months in federal prison, must return nearly $55,000 in workers' comp benefits and medical costs he received and pay an additional $1,400 to a crime victims' fund.
