We're writing about yet another unguarded machine accident… there are too many of these around the world. British chocolate chain Thorntons has been fined after a worker broke her finger while operating a wrapping machine.
Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court fined the company $30,000 (20,000 GBP) and ordered it to pay full costs of $12,000 (7,680 GBP).
